Conclusions and outlook Tosum up, IFGR's recommendat ions can be described by the following active verbs: through data, and t he exchange of knowhow and practices the pace 50 that the project is perfo rmed w ith in a given t ime and is c1ear to ail to make this project one of w inning back t he river and its banks and associate it w ith the populations, the countries crossed and beyond between Africa and the rest of the world; by opening up the project to African competences transform th is project into an opportunity to strengthen the Iink between t he river and the people, and t he river and biodiversity ... and t hey w ill be taken into account by the OMVS fo r its road map, as underlined by Hamed Semega, when thanking IFGR's members for the ir "remarkable contribution to improving the structural navigation project on the 5enegalRiver". On its part, IFGR proposed to cont inue th is collaborative wo rk duri ng the preparatory phases of the project and its launch. This collaboration, wh ich mirrors IFGR's method of working, could also be presented at the next World Water Forum. This is in line wi th th e cali made by Mansour Faye. Regarding the outlook, Dakar will hast the World Water Forum, sa it's necessary ta develop the question for which pertinent results will be presented in 2027. Whereas the Marseille Forum was a Forum of solutions, we want the Dakar Forum ta be one of results. 1hope you will join us in obtaining them. . 23
