Component 2 : Access Road to Manantali Dam. Objectives • To provide better conditions for access to the Regional Hydro - power complex of Manantali (dam, power plant and dis– patching) • To open up serviced areas ; • to backstop socle-economie activities induced by the achievements of the OMVS programme. Infrastructure ta be constructed or rehabilitated: • Surfacing of the Mahinanding-Manatali rural • Construction of the Babaroto-Mahinanding road Iink (6 km). • Construction of the Manantali-Tambaga road link .
